David Short – Managing Partner
David joined Lawford Kidd in 1983. David is a graduate of Dundee University in Accountancy and Economics. He deals exclusively with personal injury claims. David has a particular specialism in aviation related accidents and represented the victims of fourteen air crashes in Scotland and abroad.
David has been a member of the Association of Personal Injury Law since its inception. He is currently Scottish Co-Ordinator. David is accredited as an expert in personal injury by the Law Society. David is a Fellow of the College of Personal Injury Law and a member of the American Trial Lawyers Association.
